AASTMT President at the Kingdom of Bahrain

Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) consolidations for the bonds of cooperation which are always looking forward to new future prospects, H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail - AASTMT President visited the Kingdom of Bahrain, as keeping on the participation in the fifth edition of the World Entrepreneurs Investment Forum 2024 (WEIF) that takes place in Manama during the period from 14 – 16 May 2024, under the theme "Achieving the SDGs through Fostering Innovation and Economic Growth", and with the participation of entrepreneurs and investors from around the world who gathered to tackle global challenges through innovation and economic growth.

During the visit, His Excellency met H.E. Mr. Mohamed bin Thamer Al Kaabi - Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications in Bahrain, as to discuss various means of cooperation, where His Excellency Bahrain's Minister stressed on AASTMT role in supporting the process of sustainable development in the Arab world, in addition to the Ministry's keenness to enhance cooperation with various Arab institutions to develop these pertinent areas.
