The International Conference on Machine Intelligence and Smart Innovation "Opening Ceremony"

As the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) organized and hosted the International Conference on Machine Intelligence and Smart Innovation (ICMISI 2024) that was held under the patronage of H.E. Mr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit - Secretary General of the League of Arab States, H.E. Prof. Dr. Amr Talaat – Egyptian Minister of Communications and Information Technology, and H.E. Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour – Egyptian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, during the period from 12 - 14 May 2024, at AASTMT AbuKir Campus – Alexandria – Egypt, the opening ceremony of ICMISI 2024 was held on Sunday 12- 5- 2024, with the participation of more than 20 countries, including Egypt, United States of America, Canada, Italy, United Kingdom, Vienna, Romania, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Jordan, India. Malaysia, Australia, China, Indonesia and Lebanon.

"ICMISI 2024" opening ceremony was held in the presence of H.E. Prof. Dr. Hossam Othman - Advisor to Minister of Communications and Information Technology for Creativity, Entrepreneurship and Electronics Manufacturing - Responsible entity for the National Council for Artificial Intelligence, H.E. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Tantawy - Supervisor of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology "Applied Innovation Center", H.E. Prof. Dr. Major General Moataz Ibrahim Abu Al-Nour - Director of the Egyptian Military Technical College, H.E. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Madin - Head of Electronics and Computer Engineering Program and Chairman of IEEE - Egypt Section, H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President, and an elite group of AASTMT officials.

It’s worth to mention that the conference considered to be an excellent international forum for sharing knowledge and results in the theory, methodology, and applications of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Biomedical Engineering, and Smart Innovation. The Conference looks for significant contributions to all major fields of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in theoretical and practical aspects. The Conference aims to provide a platform for researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field.
