Excellence in Healthcare Workshop

In response to the evolving concepts of healthcare, where excellence has become a vital necessity to improve service quality and achieve optimal patient outcomes, the Productivity and Quality Institute organized a workshop titled "Excellence in Healthcare." The workshop took place at the Alexandria Medical Syndicate under the patronage of Professor Dr. Abdel Monem Fawzi, the Syndicate's President, and was attended by Dr. Mohamed Hassan Abdel Rabo, the Dean of the Productivity and Quality Institute, Professor Dr. Maha Ghanem, the Syndicate's Vice President, and Professor Dr. Amani El-Bana, the Chair of the Scientific and Cultural Committee.

The workshop, conducted by Dr. Mahmoud El-Dematy, a lecturer and management consultant, and Dr. Ahmed El-Dematy, focused on discussing topics related to healthcare excellence in medical institutions.
