Egyptian Excellence Certified Assessor Program

The Egyptian Excellence Model is an operational framework aimed at improving the performance of institutions and enhancing their competitiveness. This model is built on the concepts of excellence and continuous improvement, incorporating the best global practices in the field of organizational performance management. It was developed specifically as a local version tailored to the context of government business in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Through the design of the "Egyptian Excellence Certified Assessor" program, the Productivity and Quality Institute focused on fostering a comprehensive understanding of performance evaluation frameworks within the Egyptian Excellence Model. The program aims to enhance the culture of excellence and continuous improvement across all levels of government institutions.

During the remote presentation of the "Egyptian Excellence Certified Assessor" program to a distinguished group of leaders from various institutions in the Arab world, Dr. Wael Yahya Zakaria, a lecturer and expert in organizational excellence, addressed several fundamental principles of the Egyptian Excellence Model. These included effective leadership, process improvement, and achieving outstanding results. The program also emphasized encouraging improvements in operational and strategic performance to effectively achieve organizational goals and meet customer expectations.
