Winning students from the Mechanical Engineering Department, South Valley Branch, in the Graduation Projects Support Program by the Academy of Scientific Research

For the second consecutive year, undergraduate students from the Mechanical Engineering Department at the South Valley Branch have won in the 'My Project, My Beginning' Graduation Projects Support Program for the academic year 2023/2022, funded by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology. The department's students have won 3 out of 5 submitted projects with a budget of approximately 200,000 Egyptian Pounds. These graduation projects varied and served the development plan adopted by the state, including:

  1. Solar Water Heater with Phase Change Material.
  2. Smart Robot for Cleaning Solar Panels.
  3. Design of Environmentally Friendly Nanomaterials for Industrial Joints and Joint Reinforcement.

The Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport ranked first among private universities with 12 graduation projects, and the College of Engineering, South Valley Branch in Aswan, secured 4 graduation projects.
