AASTMT President - Governor of Damietta "Meeting"

Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) consolidations for the bonds of cooperation which are always looking forward to new future prospects, H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail - AASTMT President and AASTMT delegation met H.E. Prof. Dr. Manal Awad - Governor of Damietta, on Tuesday 12- 9- 2023, at Damieeta Governorate.

During the visit, AASTMT President and Governor of Damietta discussed the methods of cooperation in areas of mutual interest, in addition to the ways to achieve the partnership that will support the furniture industry in the governorate, as to be in line with the efforts to develop the furniture industry in the governorate, and in implementation of the directives of His Excellency the President of the Republic of Egypt and the decision of the Prime Minister.

In this regard, AASTMT President and Governor of Damietta visited Damietta Furniture City and the Furniture Technology Center, as they held a small meeting to review the plan for developing the city and to discuss the strategy of cooperation with AASTMT to prepare studies that will contribute to set a road map for development and for re-planning the governorate as an investment region with competitive advantages.
