"AASTMT - Malaysian University of Science and Technology" Agreement

In light of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport’s (AASTMT) aspiration to exchange expertise with international universities, AASTMT, headed by H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President, signed a joint cooperation agreement with the Malaysian University of Science and Technology (MUST), on Tuesday 25- 7- 2023 at AASTMT Alamein Campus, via Zoom platform.
The signing activities of the agreement were held in the presence of H.E. Prof. Dr. Premkumar Rajagopal - MUST President, in the presence of a group of deans and senior officials at MUST and AASTMT. The agreement provides for the exchange of students and college staff members between AASTMT Alamein Campus College of International Transport and Logistics and MUST College of Transport and Logistics in the majors of transport and port management, logistics and supply chain management for undergraduate students.
It is worth noting that the first batch of AASTMT Alamein college students will continue their study next August as part of the student exchange program between the two colleges. It is also expected to receive MUST students in the second semester 2023 - 2024. Finally, it is important to mention that MUST is one of the top Private universities in Malaysia which is why it is ranked number 501-550 in Asian University Rankings 2023.
