A Memorandum of Understanding between the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and TEDA Egypt for the development of the Suez Canal Economic Zone

The Arab Academy for Science and Technology - International Transport and Logistics Institute - signed on Thursday (April 11th) a memorandum of understanding with TEDA Egypt to develop the economic zone of the Suez Canal.
The signing ceremony was held at the headquarters of the academy in Abu Quir, in the presence of Dr. Ismail Abdul Ghaffar Ismail, the President of the Academy, the Executive Director of TEDA Jang Jixiang, the Executive Director of the company, Mr. Ahmed Radwan and the Dean of the Institute of International Transport and Logistics at the Academy.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Ismail Abdul Ghaffar Ismail Faraj and by TEDA CEO Jang Jixiang.
The memorandum provides for enhanced cooperation between the two sides in the areas of training and research, development of programs of mutual benefit for both sides.
The two sides also agreed to participate in a number of fields, including the logistics services department, internationally funded projects funded and the participation in conferences, seminars and joint workshops.
Zhang Jiangxiang expressed his admiration and his pride by the Arab Academy, describing it as an "experience house" and said: "It has a good reputation in the Arab world," adding "this cooperation will bring a lot of benefits for both sides.
In conclusion, the President of the Academy presented a commemorative gift to the Executive Director and thanked him for his visit.
