As part of the Egyptian-Emirati cooperation and the Arab League University, an agreement was signed between the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and Zayed University in the United Arab Emirates. The student exchange program is considered an important opportunity for students, allowing them to join universities abroad for a limited period and work with people from other cultures, which contributes to the development of their personal and professional skills and enriches their educational experience at the international level. It's worth noting that the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport for the first time in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Middle East awards a bachelor's degree in Archaeology and Cultural Heritage through the College of Archaeology and Cultural Heritage in the Aswan branch of the Academy, according to international quality standards within the academy. This agreement aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation in various scientific and academic fields, and develop joint plans for academic and student exchanges, and enhance the exchange of research, publications, and cultural activities between both institutions. This agreement is supported by the Arab League University, which has made great educational efforts in the Arab arena for more than half a century, including signing treaties, enacting charters, and developing educational strategies to coordinate between Arab countries in achieving their educational plans. Additionally, the university has organized many scientific conferences, educational seminars, study circles, and educational courses, as well as conducted educational research on general and important educational issues and problems faced by education systems in Arab countries. It's worth mentioning that the agreement will come into effect in January 2024.
