5.6.1 Policy of non-discrimination against women

According to Our Equality, Diversity, And Inclusion Policy, as highlighted in AASTMT webpage  in page 2 under title “Policy Statement” in first paragraph, AASTMT is committed to providing an environment that is free from discrimination and harassment neither based on sex, nor on gender identity,. This policy outlines the university’s commitment to non-discrimination and provides procedures for reporting and addressing allegations of discrimination or harassment.

This policy is implemented to guarantee that staff, students, employees, and applicants to work or study at the University receive equitable treatment and aren't the target of illegal discrimination and includes, discrimination in admissions, employment, housing, academic programs, and extracurricular activities, according to Our Equality, Diversity, And Inclusion Policy, as highlighted in AASTMT webpage in page 5 under title “Complaints” in third paragraph

The university is committed to providing an environment that is free from discrimination and harassment. This policy is an important part of that commitment. The university encourages everyone to report any incidents of discrimination or harassment so that they can be promptly and effectively addressed. (policy 7.1) according to Our Equality, Diversity, And Inclusion Policy, as highlighted in AASTMT webpage in page 4 under title “Human Resources Practices:” in first paragraph
