AASTMT Participation in the Meetings of the Technical Committees for Land, Sea and Multimodal Transport
The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) participated with an elite delegate in the activities of the Technical Committees for Land, Sea and Multimodal Transport meetings of the technical committees for land, sea and multimodal transport (the Technical Secretariat of Arab Ministers of Transport Council), that was held under the generous patronage of H.E. Eng. Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser - Minister of Transport and Logistics services of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, during the period from 5 – 7 May 2024, in Jeddah - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The meetings were held under the chairmanship of H.E. Eng. Moeed bin Mohammed Al-Saeed - Chief Advisor to Saudi General Transport Authority and head of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia delegation. As H.E. Minister Plenipotentiary Dr. Bahjat Abu Al-Nasr - Director of Transport and Tourism Department at the League of Arab States headed the delegation of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States. The meetings were held with the participation of senior officials of Arab countries ministries of transport in addition to senior representatives of Arab organizations and federations specialized in transport and logistics, Arab Sea Ports Federation and the Arab Federation of Maritime Chambers of Shipping.
