Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and in the presence of an elite group of representatives from the House of Representatives and the Senate, the College of Language and Communication in Smart Village held the Arab Forum for Integrated Marketing Campaigns under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hanan Youssef, Dean of the College of Language and Communication.

Professor Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, President of the Academy, welcomed the guests from the representatives of the People’s Assembly and the Shura Council, praising their visit to the Academy and their meeting with the students in a sophisticated intellectual and media dialogue.
He added that the academy pursues an integrated strategic vision to build students’ personalities by linking scientific courses with applied activities. He called on students to take advantage of such activities to benefit from the experience of senior figures in various fields.
He praised the excellence of the students' projects in creating virtual simulation models for presidential election campaigns, stressing that the Egyptian people practiced democracy in performing their national duty in the elections, and congratulated His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on his victory as President of the Arab Republic of Egypt in the recent elections to complete the project of building the new republic.
Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, President of the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, expressed his happiness with the efforts of the students and their projects, stressing his full support for them, and praised the College of Language and Media in the Smart Village for adopting the idea of projects within one of its courses, allowing students the opportunity to live the experience of the presidential elections that Egypt witnessed during the last period of During “Virtual People and Virtual Effectiveness,” which is a new idea, pointing to the college’s constant distinction in linking education with reality, he wished its students success and told them: “You are the future and you must reserve your place in it from now.”
The president of the academy added: We must all agree on the interest of our country, fear for it, and full awareness of Egyptian and Arab security. We do not mind having opinions, but they must be constructive opinions.
Participating in the student evaluation work were Counselor Essam Hilal Afifi, Undersecretary of the Constitutional and Legislative Committee in the Senate and a member of the official campaign office of the presidential candidate Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Representative Ahmed Bahaa Shalabi, a member of the Economic Committee in the House of Representatives and a member of the office of the presidential candidate Abdel Fattah El-Sisi from the Hamat Watan Party, and Representative Mohamed Amara Amin. The students participated in the forum with seven distinct election campaigns featuring characters inspired by their imagination and using artificial intelligence to make the campaign realistic. They designed a number of integrated election campaigns for a number of virtual characters running for the presidency of the republic, including a female candidate, through which they discussed the foundations of building marketing campaigns from a media, strategic and administrative perspective. And finance in an integrated manner, which won the admiration and praise of the guests from the representatives of the People’s Assembly and the Shura Council.
The representatives praised the students’ distinguished projects that confirm their understanding of the components of the electoral campaign, and expressed their admiration for the efforts of the college and faculty members in granting them this opportunity and the professional image that was presented in their projects. They praised their distinguished educational and media level and their ability to be creative and innovative and present new, unconventional ideas in the field of marketing. The Dean of the College of Language and Media at Smart Village, Prof. Dr. Hanan Youssef, indicated that the projects express a diverse creative effort related to vital community issues, which is what Prof. Dr. Ahmed Samir, professor of integrated marketing communication, was keen to achieve, as the implementation of students’ projects coincided with the presidential elections that took place recently. .
Youssef expressed her happiness at the success of the idea of the Arab Forum for Integrated Marketing Campaigns, thanking the President of the Academy for his great efforts and continuous encouragement of the college and students and providing all means of care and support in order to achieve educational quality and build the students’ personalities.
She stressed that the college always seeks to link new applied media fields with the scientific courses taught in order to graduate a distinguished new generation of media professionals who believe in the message of media.
