AASTMT New Co-operational Agreements

Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport`s (AASTMT) endeavor to consolidate bonds of cooperation, always look forward to new future horizons and continuously support the educational process, AASTMT has signed (2) co-operational agreements on the sidelines of the International Conference on Machine Intelligence and Smart Innovation (ICMISI 2024) that was organized by AASTMT under the patronage of H.E. Mr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit - Secretary General of the League of Arab States, H.E. Prof. Dr. Amr Talaat – Egyptian Minister of Communications and Information Technology, and H.E. Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour – Egyptian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, during the period from 12 - 14 May 2024, at AASTMT AbuKir Campus - Alexandria, with the participation of more than 20 countries.

It is worth noting that AASTMT has signed cooperation agreements with Fortinet Cyber security Company as considered the world leader in the field of cyber security, and the Italian University of Genoa. H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President, and H.E. Eng. Khaled Fawzi - Regional Director of Fortinet Company in Egypt, Libya and Sudan, signed the agreement between AASTMT and Fortinet company as to create a more diverse and skilled workforce in Egypt and the Arab world that can deal with the global evolved cyber security. As AASTMT President, and H.E. Prof. Dr. Roberto Rifteria - Representative of the Italian University of Genoa, also signed a new agreement, as keeping on within the distinguished relations and fruitful cooperation between the two parites.
