Basic Modern Accounting

An introductory course to the accounting principles and financial statements concepts that helps the candidates to  be able to work as a junior accountant by having the knowledge and skills that are enough to record financial transactions and to  read and prepare financial statements .

 

This course aims to:

·        Explain the concept and role of accounting and financial reporting in the modern market economy,

·        Explain the regulatory framework for the operation of accounting activities

·        Understanding of basic concepts of accounting, accounting principles and techniques of posting basic business changes.

·        Explain the structure and content of financial statements

·        Explain the concepts and role of auditor reports

·        Produce a set of financial statements for external users
