Work Package 4

4. WP4: DEVELOPMENT- Course Delivery and Research Implementation

Leader: FUE (Egypt), Co-leader: TUB (Germany)

WP4 aims at establishing a strong link between the education, research, business, and society sectors. It starts with the process of course delivery, where new courses developed in WP2 are implemented and taught to undergraduate and postgraduate students over the course of one academic semester.

Within the delivered courses, students will also be guided to endeavor in an extensive research process, which addresses the Land Use and Urban Mobility needs of an unprivileged sector of society.

Documentation of the research process undertaken and the findings and proposals reached will generate multiple valuable publications within the field of Sustainable Urban Mobility, and will ensure the sustainability of the developed courses, as these publications will be used and referenced during subsequent semesters, and will be discussed in a final international conference on Sustainable Urban Mobility Planning.
