The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) was established in 1972 as League of Arab States Specialized Organization concerned primarily with Maritime Education. Over the years, AASTMT has extensively diversified its operations and now offers a wide range of internationally and regionally accredited undergraduate and postgraduate programs, while successfully maintaining its regional dominance in the field of Maritime Education, Research, Training and Consultation.
Over more than 45 years, the AASTMT has had many achievements in education, training, consultation and research in the fields of Maritime Transport, International Transport and Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Sciences, linguistics & Media, Pharmaceutical Science and Fisheries Technology.
AASTMT is a huge intuition that has 7 campuses in Egypt and a campus in Syria. The campuses in Egypt are as follows: 2 campuses in Alexandria, 3 campuses in Cairo, a campus in Port Said and a campus in Aswan.
The Deanery of Admission & Registration:
The Deanery of Admission and Registration is established to help fulfill the Academy's role as a regional and Arab University that serves the citizens of various Arab and African countries with their varying educational levels and interests through its different educational programs and plans, also through offering training opportunities for organizations and diverse educational programs for individual students, as well as to Arab bodies and institutions in the fields of Engineering, Management, international transport , logistics ,Computing and Information technology, shipping, technology fisheries , language and Media. , Maritime Transport and Pharmacy.
The Deanery comprises the following departments:
Admission and registration for different programs are open all year round in all educational programs and follow the periodic instructions issued by the Admission Department. Admission rules and procedures are available upon2request.
In addition, the Deanery is responsible for arranging any special programs required by interested corporations and institutions, whether the programs mentioned later on in this catalog or others upon request. Such programs can be implemented at the Academy's premises or the location agreed upon with the served party.
