Q. Where are the libraries?

Q. When are the libraries open?
A. Library hours are posted on our web page, which is updated to reflect changes in the academic year, holidays, etc.

Q. Do you have photocopies? How much does it cost to make copies?
A. Yes. Check out photocopying.

Q. Can I print from the libraries computers? How much does it cost?
A. Search results can be printed, saved on a CD, or sent via e-mail. The cost for black & white printed/scanned material is L.E. 1.50/page, color printed/scanned material L.E. 4.00/page, the CD costs L.E. 5.00.

Q. How do I borrow materials from the libraries?

Q. Can I check out periodicals (journal or magazine)?
A. No. For more details check out Borrowing privileges.

Q. How can I renew the book(s) I borrowed?
A. Go to the circulation desk with the book(s), the circulation librarian will renew it/them for you
     unless someone reserved any of them. The new due date will be stamped on the book(s).

Q. How do I know if the library has a periodical?
A. Use the Online Periodical list. You may also want to search the Databases & e-journals list for the titles available on the web.


Q. What if you don’t have what I’m looking for?
A.  Contact the Information librarian for additional information or use Request an article online.          
     

Q. Is there someone I can ask for help?
