The Fifth "African Development Senior Managers Forum" at AASTMT
The African and Asian Affairs Sector of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) and the Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development (EAPD) of the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs organized the Fifth African Development Senior Managers Forum that entitled: “Integration in African Seaports: Strategies and Policies”, during 24 - 28 October 2021, at AASTMT AbuKir Campus - Alexandria.
It`s worth to mention that the opening session was held on Sunday 24- 10- 2021, in the presence of representatives of 16 African countries, decision makers from various African countries, and a group of AASTMT Officials.

Fifth Technical Education Forum" at AASTMT Industry Service Complex
In keeping with the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) belief in the importance of the industrial sector to push the wheel of development and achieve economic renaissance for Arab societies, AASTMT Industry Service Complex organized the "Fifth Technical Education Forum", during 23 - 24 September 2021, at AASTMT AbuKir Campus in Alexandria. AASTMT "Fifth Technical Education Forum" was held in the presence of H.E Minister Plenipotentiary Doaa Fouad Khalifa - Director of Education and Training Department at the Secretariat of the League of Arab States, H.E Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President, H.E Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Hayawi - Security-General of Education Development Fund (EDF), H.E Prof. Dr. Ayman Ibrahim - President of Port Said University, and Prof. Dr. Essam Al-Bokl - Dean of AASTMT Industry Service Complex, in addition to a group of people concerned with the development of technical education in Egypt, and a group of AASTMT Officials, as for AASTMT belief in the importance of supporting technical education and the development of its cadres. It is worth to mention that the Forum was held in form of workshops with open discussion sessions, an exhibition of skills and entrepreneurship, in addition to the “Third Egyptian Youth Competition for Skills”, which is an open competition for Arab youth to review their skills in different fields with the participation of youth from different Arab countries.
