1.AAST Startup School Training Program Annual Training program Early-Stage & Advanced Trainings
AAST Startup School acts as the educational arm of the center. The main objective of this program is equipping early stage entrepreneurs with the essential, substantial, and core knowledge & skills. On another side, supporting existing startups through advanced trainings and technical, industry-related mentorship programs. 2.AASTMT Students Robot For Autism Children August 2021 The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) team of Alexandria College of Engineering and Technology students of Computer Engineering Department implemented an innovative project for designing a robot to develop the communication skills of Autism Children, and that was held under the supervision of Dr. Sherine Youssef- Head of the Computer Engineering Department at AASTMT Alexandria College of Engineering and Technology, where the students named the robot "Mako", which is the first letters of the students names.
3.EU-funded regional projects May 2021 The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, hosted the launch of four EU-funded regional projects, aimed at creating and developing business incubators and providing technical and financial support to RAW Small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as supporting innovation and promotion of business support and development organizations The services offered are especially for small businesses.
4.MASAAR Aswan Business Incubator 1st Cohort- 2021-2022
Agribusiness Incubator, Implemented by Enroot Development in cooperation with AAST Entrepreneurship Center and funded by DROSOS FOUNDATION, MASAAR is a sector focused incubation program in the Agribusiness, handcrafts recycling sectors.
The incubator target startups and projects ideas from upper Egypt governorates and its hosted at AAST premises in Aswan.
5.Mashreq Tourism Incubator 1st Cohort- May 2019- July 2021
With Egypt being the regional heart of tourism, AAST Entrepreneurship Center launched the first of its kind in the Arab region, Mashreq Tourism Incubator. Mashreq comes as a result of the continuous cooperation between Rowad 2030 project under the Ministry of Planning and AAST Entrepreneurship Center, with the support and sponsorship of the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Arab Tourism Organization.
In the recent years, Egypt has witnessed a large demand for entrepreneurship & supply chain management, accordingly, AAST Entrepreneurship Center launched the first Supply Chain Incubator in the Arab Region, located in Cairo & Alexandria.With a clear vision ahead, our Supply Chain focuses on innovative ideas that create new and improved products and services accessible to underserved populations. And through the program startups can access supply chain expertise, logistics networks and potential investors as well as sharing knowledge and resources with partners.
7.Tanmia Wa Tatweer (TWT) Incubator July 2021 - January 2022
TWT, Agribusiness Incubator Project objective is to enhance and support the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Egypt to Enable empowerment of existing and potential entrepreneurs, particularly youth and women, to establish, manage and operate successful innovation-driven businesses in 3 priority sectors: 1.Agribusiness 2.Clean and Green 3.Creative Industries, with a focus on handicrafts and performing arts. This will be achieved by supporting the implementation of incubation programs, giving focus to disenfranchised areas such as Upper Egypt and New Valley, as well as to women and youth.
8.YALLA STARTUP Advanced Pre-Incubation Program Annual Entrepreneurship Program
Advanced Pre-Incubation Program An advanced pre-incubation training program for AAST students & alumni providing them with the necessary knowledge & support to put their ideas into action.
 The program starts with a validation exercise, then during this pre-incubation journey, students learn how to assess their business, compare between ideas to choose the best and develop a business model canvas. The program closes with a pitching exercise for a chance to join one of our incubators.
9.Youth Employment in the Ports of the Mediterranean Project "YEP MED†February 2021 Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) keenness on looking forward to new future prospects, AASTMT is one of the partners of the YEP MED project "Youth Employment in the Ports of the Mediterranean" that is co financed by the European Neighborhood Instrument (ENI) of the European Union, as to better match the labor market skills needs and the dual Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) offers in the Mediterranean port industry in order to contribute to jobs creation, especially for NEETs and women.
10.Comprehensive Support Program Annually-Demo Day, March 2021
Comprehensive Support Program Young entrepreneurs, graduates & undergraduates, experience different challenges and are looking for special support that can fulfill their needs. Our Youth Incubator is dedicated to provide a comprehensive support package to all AAST students who are willing to start their own business. The program duration is 6 months during which we give support through one-to-one mentorship, marketing, legal & financial training and funding & financial support for prototype development.
