Objectives

• This course is meant for officers, rating and any person assigned basic duties and responsibilities related to cargo operation or cargo equipment on chemical terminal and on-board chemical tankers. By successfully doing this course, the aforementioned trainee will fulfill the mandatory minimum requirements of regulation V/1-1 of STCW 1978, as amended.
