This course demonstrates how the principles of the study of organizational behavior are applied primarily in attempts to make businesses operate more effectively.
Media Management (3-year track)
This course will help students understand why people interact the way they do, and how their behavior is affected by their personalities, attitudes, values and social norms. The course will explain the relationship between OB and job performance, job satisfaction, leadership and empowerment in workplace.
