The College of Language and Communication participated in the media coverage of the Alexandria International Marathon, which was held under the patronage of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, with the participation of 800 runners from 42 countries.

The marathon kicked off from the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, passing by some of the city’s most iconic landmarks such as Qaitbay Citadel, Stanley Bridge, and others, in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being.

A delegation from the College of Language and Communication participated in an international scientific conference entitled “The Multipolar World in the Mirror of Contemporary Youth Media Communicators”. The college was invited by RUDN University in Russia, ranked 316th in the world according to the QS World University Rankings.

CLC contributed with 8 presentations and 7 research papers, including a presentation showcasing the College of Language and Communication in Alexandria as a living example of integrating technological advancements into the learning process. This included demonstrating the use of artificial intelligence within the curriculum, in addition to presenting research papers in the fields of language and media.

During the event, a faculty member delivered a presentation entitled “Responsible Artificial Intelligence in Media and Entertainment Production”, which addressed the importance of AI in developing media platforms, fostering innovation in the entertainment industry, and emphasized the ethics and responsibility in using modern technologies.
