    Financial Reporting

    Annual Financial Reporting

    1. Overview

AASTMT is committed to upholding the highest standards of financial transparency and accountability. The institution publishes audited annual financial reports that are independently verified by KPMG Hazem Hassan, one of the leading international audit firms operating in Egypt. These reports are produced on an annual basis and cover all dimensions of the institution's financial position including income, expenditure, borrowing, and surplus.

    2. Annual Financial Report Publication

AASTMT's financial reports are prepared and published on an annual basis. They are externally audited to international standards, signed by the Chief Accountant and the President of Financial Affairs, and verified by KPMG Hazem Hassan. The most recently issued report, dated 26 February 2026, covers three consecutive fiscal years: FY 2023, FY 2024, and FY 2025.

The reports encompass the following required financial components:

    • Income: Total revenues earned across all operations.
    • Expenditure: Total operating costs, personnel costs and all other operating costs.
    • Borrowing: Long-term debt positions as reported in the balance sheet.
    • Surplus: Operating profit / profit for the period.
