Lab aim

The Environmental laboratory was established to support environmental under- and post-graduate courses to better understand the relation between the natural and the built environment. The educational objective of experimental work is to provide under- and post-graduate students with the necessary skills for performing appropriate laboratory experiments/measurements to determine the physical changes that take place within the natural/built environment using modern tools available in the lab. The instructor or his assistant demonstrate the usage and function of the equipment and instrument involved. Students also get hand-on experience with the way of analysing the tests results and using the results in preparing technical reports. The environmental laboratory lab also serves computer related courses.
