Conflict resolution, prevention and management have been a hot topic for some time now, both for states as well as regional and international organizations. There are however no single perception what this constitutes and how this should be implemented into a conflict. This module will closely examine the different concepts of handling conflicts both over time and in different thematic approaches. The aim is to give the students a toolbox to critically examine different conflicts and the possible application of the different approaches to handling conflicts.
