Media Department has organized an online workshop titled "Managing Social Media Campaigns"
Under the auspices of Dr.Abeer Refky, Dean of the College of Language and Communication, the Media Department has organized an online workshop titled "Managing Social Media Campaigns" given by Mr.Hesham Hamed (marketing director, Dreem). The workshop touched upon audience segmentation, platform identification according to the target and style of the campaign, and how to attract sponsorships to carry the campaign through to more reach and higher quality content. The workshop has analyzed few campaigns from Brava`s Coffee, The Body Shop and others, which has attracted a high level of interaction and discussion from the students with Mr.Hamed. This online workshop comes as a part of a series of webinars that the Media Department hold for the 2020/2021 seniors under the supervision and organization of Dr.Bassant Attia, the head of Media Department. The aim of this series of webinars is to augment, elevate, and complement the students` skills as they face their graduation projects head-on to produce quality content that showcases their education and practical evaluation that prepares them for the job market.
