Meet CLC Graduates in the First Online Discussion of Graduation Projects
Under the auspices of H.E. Professor Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag, President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), the College of Language and Communication (CLC), Alexandria, will hold its 9th graduation discussion virtually this year, amidst COVID -19 pandemic with Prof. Abeer Refky, College Dean being the host.
The class of 2020 will finally graduate this year with completely virtual air. All media students will present their graduation projects online via zoom application which is to be held on Tuesday, July 7th.
The graduation projects this year mainly hits Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) in which the students tackle Egypt’s development path in 2030 as well as the potential outcomes and trade-offs from different development scenarios.
The students will present their research projects as well as their practical social media campaigns in front of a distinguished jury representing all renowned types of media façade including Professor Samy El-Sherif, Dean of the Faculty of Information at MIT and former Head of the Egyptian Radio and TV Union, Dr. Hazem Deraa, Chairman and CEO of Look Advertising Agency , and the distinguished Dr. Nashwa El-Rewiny , the founder of Pyramedia for Media Consultation and a member at the International Academy of Radio and Television in addition to the distinguished journalist Mr. Refaat Fayad, editor-in-chief of Akhbar Alyoum.
