Design with Nature in Dense Urban Environments: A Landscape Architecture Session and Workshop
Architectural Engineering and Environmental Design department organized a public lecture entitled `Design with Nature in Dense Urban Environments: A Landscape Architecture Session and Workshop` on Monday the 25th of November 12:00pm.
The invited speaker was Architect Yazen Kamel Mahadin who spoke about designing green and public spaces in dense urban environment. The lecture was open to public and followed by a workshop for AAST students.
Architect Yazen Kamel Mahadin is an Architect who received his bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Cairo University. He received his masters degree, later in 2015, from Mississippi University. He received several awards from the American Society of Landscape Architects and the Environmental Protection Agency. He is currently the CEO of MK Associates, Architecture and Landscape firm.
