Diploma Overview

This diploma program is designed to aid working adults in developing their career in total quality management and organizational excellence. The Postgraduate Diploma will assess working adults in developing into managerial positions with the practical awareness and broad appreciation of the role of quality functions. Students would be able to interact with and use quality tools in an informed and effective manner to help control and improve manufacturing or service-oriented processes.
