About IQC 2026
Quality management earns its place when it changes what an organization can deliver. IQC 2026 brings together practitioners, executives, policymakers, academics and emerging professionals to examine how quality drives performance in organizations, sectors and national economies.
Held in alignment with World Quality Week, the conference moves the conversation beyond compliance and audit. Delegates will leave with methods they can apply — not only ideas they have heard.Four keynote addresses, six expert panels and a dedicated session on women’s leadership in quality are designed to send delegates home with methods they can apply, not only ideas they have heard. Attendance is in person in Cairo, over two full days.
The 2026 theme
The Chartered Quality Institute has adopted “Quality: Powering Performance” as the global theme for World Quality Week 2026. IQC 2026 takes that theme as its full framework. Good quality management is the work of planning, delivering and improving performance — maximizing the value an organization creates while reducing failure, waste and risk. At a moment when economies and organizations face competitive and productivity pressure, and when new technologies offer genuine potential to improve how work is done, the quality profession has an unusually direct contribution to make. The theme is built on three connected pillars, and every keynote and panel at IQC 2026 sits against one of them.
