When will IQC 2026 take place?

What are the official conference languages?
The conference will be delivered in Arabic and English, bringing together regional and international speakers, professionals, researchers, and delegates
Will simultaneous interpretation be available?
Yes. Simultaneous interpretation between Arabic and English is planned for the conference to support effective participation by both Arabic- and English-speaking delegates.
How can I register for IQC 2026?
Delegates will be required to complete the IQC 2026 registration process and pay the applicable conference fee.
What are the conference registration fees?
The conference fee is EGP 6,000 for Egyptian delegates and USD 400 for non-Egyptian delegates.
Can I submit an academic paper to IQC 2026?
Yes. Researchers, doctoral candidates, and practitioner-authors are invited to submit original full papers addressing the application of quality management to organizational and national performance. Papers should be 4,000–6,000 words, including references, written in English, submitted as a Word or PDF file, and prepared for double-blind review. Accepted papers will be presented during the Academic Session on 11 November 2026 and published in the digital Conference Proceedings issued by PQI–AASTMT.
Is accommodation included in the registration fee?
No. Accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee. However, a special accommodation rate is available for IQC 2026 delegates at the InterContinental Cairo Semiramis. Delegates wishing to benefit from this rate should coordinate their accommodation arrangements with the Conference Executive Committee, subject to hotel availability.
Are sponsorship opportunities available?
Yes. IQC 2026 offers Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsorship packages, providing opportunities for organizational visibility, exhibition participation, delegate registrations, advertising, and other benefits depending on the sponsorship level. Current sponsorship rates are EGP 200,000 / USD 4,000 for Platinum, EGP 175,000 / USD 3,500 for Gold, and EGP 125,000 / USD 2,500 for Silver.
