The Deanship of Admission and Registration is the first gateway through which students embark on their academic journey at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. It plays a pivotal role in organizing and managing all admission and registration matters, and implementing academic regulations with precision and transparency.
The Deanship receives admission applications from Egyptian, Arab, and international students and reviews them according to approved standards. It also monitors course registration, organizes academic schedules, and approves academic results and records.
The Deanship includes two main departments that work together to provide the best services to students:
Admissions Department: Supervises the reception of applicants' applications, the completion of required documents, and coordination with various colleges regarding personal interviews and admission tests, in addition to guiding and advising new students during the enrollment process.
Registration Department: Responsible for registering courses, issuing schedules and university cards, approving academic records, and following up on cases of postponement, withdrawal, or transfer between colleges.
Deanship tasks:
- Coordinating the admission and registration process for students in various colleges and academic programs.
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on registration deadlines, tuition fees, and expenses.
- Coordinating with the Academy's various branches in Egypt, including Alexandria and Cairo, as well as international branches in other countries.
- Ensuring the implementation of unified admission and registration policies to achieve transparency and fairness for all students.
- Developing electronic services to facilitate admission and registration procedures and track academic progress online.
