Creativity and Innovation Competitions

Entertainment and artistic competitions at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology are an important part of student activities that aim to enhance creativity and develop artistic and social skills among students. These competitions include a wide range of events that enhance different artistic skills, such as:

Creativity Competition 13

The Academy's choral team participated in the Creativity 13 competition under the patronage of the President of the Arab Academy for Science and Technology from 8 to 15/2/2025.

The Alexandria Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport Choir, led by the distinguished maestro Mahmoud Abu Zeid and under the patronage of Professor Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag, and Professor Dr. Mohamed Mahmoud Abu El-Azm, Dean of Student Affairs, ignited the atmosphere of the "Creativity 13" Festival for University Youth, where it presented a distinguished performance that entertained the jury and the audience with the most beautiful traditional songs. The festival, organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, will be held in the Youth City in Abu Qir during the period from February 8 to 15, 2025, under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, with the participation of musical groups from various Egyptian universities. The performance of the Academy Choir received wide praise from the jury, which includes artist Nadia Mustafa, maestro Dr. Ezz El-Din Taha, and maestro Tarek Fouad, as they praised the vocal harmony and professional performance of the team.

TALENT SHOW

Abu Qir

The Deanship of Student Affairs organized the Artistic Talents Competition (TALENT SHOW) for the twelfth year in a row under the patronage of His Excellency Professor Dr. / President of the Academy and in cooperation with the NAPS family and the Department of Cultural and Social Activities on 20/4/2024.

30 contestants from all the faculties of the Academy’s main headquarters in Alexandria in Abu Qir competed in the various arts of singing, playing, and acting... The jury for the first stage included the artist/ Hossam Dagher, the artist/ Hisham Ismail, Dr. Essam Siddiq, and the maestro/ Sherif Yasser... 10 of them were advanced. Competitors for elimination in the final stage today witnessed an intense presence of students and encouragement for their fellow contestants, in addition to words and directions from the judging committee to the contestants, each in his field..
-Valuable prizes for the first 3 winners.
