Building on a long history in Higher Education, tracing back to Cardiff School of Art in 1865, Cardiff vision is to be recognized as one of the new generation of great civic universities – Globally Competitive, Locally Engaged, with a an impact on knowledge creation through spin outs and intellectual property rights as well as an impact on knowledge transfer through teaching, work based learning, professional development and continuous education. Cardiff Metropolitan University is situated in Cardiff, Wales. The university has over 12,000 students. The university offers degree courses in a variety of disciplines. These disciplines are offered through five academic schools. The 2010 Guardian and Times Good University Guides rank Cardiff Metropolitan University is amongst the top modern universities in the UK. Also, the latest International Student Barometer (ISB) ranks Cardiff Met as the top university in the UK both for overall student satisfaction and the quality of its teaching. The International Programs of AASTMT is providing tuition to students following Cardiff Program, designed by Cardiff Metropolitan University. Upon successful completion of the program, students will earn two Bachelor degrees from both the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Cardiff Metropolitan University.  
Cardiff Metropolitan University Program offers four undergraduate majors:
- Accounting and Finance.
- Marketing.
- Media Management.
Although students will be studying at another Institution they are a Cardiff Metropolitan University student and as such they are entitled to access Cardiff Metropolitan University resources.
