Invictus ROVs Team:
Invictus ROVs Team has been building ROVs to participate in the MATE (Marine Advanced Technology Education) annual ROV competition since 2016. The team also builds custom-made ROVs for use in the maritime industry on a contract basis.
In 2019 Invictus achieved the first place on the regional level, and went on to represent Egypt in the International Competition, held in Kingsport, Tennessee, USA. The team completed the MATE International ROV Competition Ranking SECOND worldwide, and winning the "Best Performance" Award.
AAM Racing Team:
AAM racing team is a pioneer academic team in Africa and the middle east region and a part of formula student racing teams where students design, build, test and race a prototype formula one style race car to compete against teams globally. AAM racing team represents the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport in the annual FSAE ITALY @ Riccardo Paletti Racetrack - Varano 'de Melegari (PR). The students are responsible for design, manufacture, and test a competitive single-seat race car. Along the way to learn about budgeting, teamwork and get hands on experience of design and manufacturing in order to take their knowledge into the real world.

Robocop Junior:
 Robocop Junior was founded in 1997 with the main goal of “developing by 2050 a Robot Soccer team capable of winning against the human team champion of the FIFA World Cup”. In the next years, Robocop proposed several soccer platforms that have been established as standard platforms for robotics research.
Robocop Junior is a project-oriented educational initiative that support local, regional and international robotic events for young students. It is designed to introduce Robocop to primary and secondary school children, as well as undergraduates who do not have the resources to get involved in the senior leagues. The focus in the junior league is on education.

The launch of the 25th edition of the African-Arab Programming Championship for university students, organized by the Regional Center for Informatics at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in Sharm El-Sheikh from 2-6 December under the auspices of His Excellency Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly.
Today, Sunday, the activities of the twenty-fifth Arab African Software Championship for university students in Sharm El-Sheikh, organized by the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in coordination with the Ministry of Communications, were launched, with the participation of 145 teams from about 22 Arab and African countries, which aims to develop creativity, innovation and teamwork skills that show capabilities Competitors work under pressure in the available time, by preparing a strategy for possible solutions. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, said that 145 teams of university students were ed from among more than 3,775 teams that participated in the semi-final qualifiers. to compete in this tournament.
