AASMT Training Courses

Objectives

  • - The course was conducted in accordance with the requirements of the STCW Regulations I / 12 and Section A-I / 12, A-V/1-2, B-V/1-2. And is based on the IMO Model Course 1.35 Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) tanker cargo & ballast handling simulator) The training program meets the requirements of the SIGTTO LNG Shipping Suggested Standards, 2008.- After successful completion of the course the participants will demonstrate the knowledge of equipment, instrumentation and control on the LPG board; Use and handling of equipment and systems in different cargo operations; Safety and emergency procedures; Solving operational problems; Cargo operations from dock to dock, including: inerting, gassing up, cooling down, loading, discharging, and passage operations.
