AASMT Training Courses

Objectives

  • - The course is conducted in accordance to the requirements of STCW’78, as amended, Regulation V/1-1, paragraph 6.3 and STCW Code Section A-V/1-1, paragraphs 3 and is based on guidelines of IMO Model Course 1.03.Course is intended for masters, officers , and any person with immediate responsibility of loading, un loading, care of transit, tank cleaning, or other cargo related operation on chemical tanker. - Those successfully completing the advanced training in chemical tanker cargo operation course should be able to perform and monitor all cargo operations, familiar with properties of chemical cargoes, respond to emergencies, monitor and compliance with legislative requirement.
