Objectives
- Identify and perform the different cargo operation carried out by crude oil and product tankers including the operation of inert gas system and crude oil washing system, describe and perform tank cleaning &gas freeing cargo tanks in accordance with the standards accepted by the industry, explain and apply contingency measures in the event of emergency during such operations, improve their confidence will result to a more efficient cargo officer on board their assigned ship this course meet the requirements of STCW A-II/1,A-II/2, A-V/1-1-1, A-V/1-1-2 and IMO model course 2.06
