Objectives

• During the construction management course, the trainee will be able to familiarize himself with all the tasks and specializations of construction management and the practical application on several projects.

Outcomes

The trainee will be able to practically apply and differentiate between the following: Accurately defining project objectives and preparing the necessary plans for implementation, which include challenging the scope of the project, the timetable required for its implementation, and the estimated project budget Increasing the efficiency of resource utilization (labor - materials - equipment)Coordinating and controlling all operations during project implementation Manage communication between project parties and participants to resolve problems and conflicts
