Objectives

• Understand the concepts of Fleet and traffic Management as a discipline and related applicable scientific principles may help in saving a lot of costs as part of logistic management. In our course we learn Discover different methods of financing your fleet as resource management and also learn how to calculate total fleet costing, fleet outsourcing calculations and other key techniques necessary to manage any fleet environment better. Also this course will draw the focus on the traffic routing and traffic thresholds which may face the heavy logistic industries like FCMG distribution, cement manufacturing, couriers and similar.
