Objectives

• Our goal in this course will be apply the basic concepts to will begin to think critically and creatively areal world situations so that the participant bout work psychology. The information attained in this course can be applied to enhance the student’s own work experience.

Outcomes

1- To be able to identify the main areas of psychology2- To be able to determine the job analysis, the purpose of its use and how to conduct it.3- To be able to explain and provide examples of the two approaches to performance measurement.4- Be able to describe the scope of organizational training programmes5- To be able to define the objectives and requirements of employees for organizational training programmes6- To be able to explain the approaches, theories and styles of leadership.7- To be able to identify the basic elements of material working conditions8- Be able to describe the physiological effects of stress9- To be able to explain the relationship between consumer behavior and motivation.

Course Contents
