Objectives

• Wage measurements play a big role in achieving the general goals of business organizations, so the formation of a workforce capable of performing and willing to do so is not limited to planning, selecting, preparing, and training individuals, but also on the amount of return that workers get for the effort they provide to the organization. And the basic principle on which the wage plan should be based is the balance between the value of what the organization receives from the output of the performance of workers in the form of goods and services with what it pays them in material returns in the form of wages, bonuses, services and other benefits.

1- The trainee is able to build a salary structure2- The trainee should be able to apply annual increases to the salary structure3- The trainee must be able to calculate salary taxes4- The trainee is able to calculate the new social insurance according to the new social insurance law.5. The trainee may issue a list of salary deductions in the Labor Law
