Objectives

• The most important objective of Leadership Coaching is to give you ofcoaching which will improve your ability to strengthen your influence over others and to makechanges in your own work life. Not only will we talk about good leadership coaching practice butexperiential learning components will be used to evaluate topics in relation to your own personallife experience.
