Objectives

• This course aims to teach the human resources managers and employees the essential rules of labor law and deal with different cases that HR managers and employees face in contracting with employees or terminating an employee contract, also the issues of vacations and salaries and the main rules that govern these issues in labor law

- employment contract- obligations of employees in labor law - vacations and working hours in labor law - salaries and profits- women, children, foreign and disability persons in labor law - social and insurance services, safety of work environment in labor law - employees violations, investigations and administrative sanctions - termination of labor contract and its effects - sanctions that employer may face for violation of labor law rules - case studies and court decisions
