Outcomes

This course aims at helping the students to: - Master essential reading, structure and listening skills as effecting reference, locating information, distinguishing major and minor points, finding the main theme of a text, following the prepositional development of discourse.- Use comprehensively the grammar and vocabulary.- Communicate information verbally.- Understand explicit and implicit information stated in the text- Use lexical and cohesive devices.- Paraphrase and summarize texts- Take down notes of most important points when listening or reading.
