Objectives

• This course equips healthcare professionals with the essential knowledge and skills to implement GAHAR standards in Information Management and Technology (IMT) and Quality and Performance Improvement (QPI), emphasizing digital transformation to enhance healthcare quality and drive continuous organizational improvement.

Day 1: Information Management and Technology (IMT):• Implementation and management of health information systems.• Data security and patient record privacy.• Electronic medical record management and technology-driven decision-making.Day 2-4: Quality and Performance Improvement (QPI):• Introduction to continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA).• Performance measurement, risk management, and strategies for performance enhancement.• Practical application: incident analysis and sentinel event management.
