Objectives

Course Contents

Day 1-2: Diagnostic and Ancillary Services (DAS):• Principles of delivering diagnostic services.• Management of laboratories, medical imaging, and blood transfusion services with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.Day 3: Environmental and Institutional Safety (EFS):• Implementation of environmental safety standards and risk management.• Emergency management strategies, security plans, and routine maintenance in medical institutions.
