Objectives

• This course aims to meet the competence statements and safety training of the standards for the offshore landing officer.

Outcomes

The aims of this course are to ensure that the trainers complete this course will get the information on the main roles of HLO and underpinning knowledge and skills they would require to enable them and demonstrate what was expected of them.

Course Contents

 Maintain a state of readiness. Prepare for emergency Supervise landing and departure. Supervise cargo handling Supervise loading and unloading passengers, baggage and freight. Supervise the refueling of the helicopter.
