Objectives

• This course is designed to provide suitably qualified participants of firms with:A basic understanding of accidents,Methods of Investigation of Casualties and Incidents,The use of casualty reports.

Outcomes

At the end of this course the participants will be able to understand the methods of Investigation of Casualties and Incidents for the sake of operational enhancement. and to illustrate the principles and procedures of the Investigation of Casualties and Incidents. and identify Primary and Secondary causes of accidents as well as prepare the necessary documentation and reports and suggest proper corrective actions.
