Objectives

• This course aims to provide the training for candidates working on offshore instillations and gas industry in fire prevention and fighting in accordance to OPITO Approved standards.

Outcomes

This course covers the OPITO Approved Standards of competence in fire prevention and fire fighting, a trainee will be competent to take appropriate measures for the safety to personnel and of the offshore instillation and to use fire appliance correctly. The trainee will also have a knowledge of fire prevention.
